What should I/we wear?
I encourage wearing clothing that reflects the personality of you or your group.
Choose something that goes with the season and/or location for the session.
For group portraits, I ask that everyone just wears coordinating colors that compliment each other. No need to completely match, unless you want to.
If in doubt, just ask! I will definitely provide my best advice as a guideline.
What are my payment options?
I accept card or check/ACH payments via my online payment site only. I also accept cash.
If you need to make other payment arrangements, please contact me to discuss. All session fees must be paid in full by your appointment date.
How long does it take to get my gallery?
Depending on the length of the session, extent of editing, and any add-ons, I can deliver a proofing gallery of edited photos within 1-2 weeks from the date of the session.
How do I receive my photos?
You will receive a link via email to your downloadable gallery via email. From there you can save, share and highlight all your favorites!
Can I get raw/unedited photos?
I only provide quality edited photos for purchase and download.
What rights do I have to the photos?
Upon purchase, you are able to print and/or share to social media.
Please do not screenshot prior to purchasing.
Please help me out and give me credit on your photos when posting online.
What is your cancellation policy?
I completely understand that things can happen outside of our control. Contact me ASAP if your session date doesn’t work anymore. We can reschedule. Otherwise, there are some cancellation fees.
Session booking deposit is nonrefundable, but transferrable to another date if contacted within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
If not contacted within 24 hours, a no-show fee will be applied.
Please contact me to discuss refunds of session fees paid.
What if I need to reschedule?
No worries! Life happens all the time. Just please contact me to discuss, and we can reschedule at a more convenient time, based on my availability. Your nonrefundable booking deposit and any paid session fees still apply to the new date.
